Job Description
This Service Advisor position at PI dealership involves understanding and complying with labor laws, providing excellent customer service, and managing the Dealership’s workflow. Responsibilities include advising customers on repairs, selling parts, and handling scheduling and payments, while maintaining positive relationships with customers and technicians.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer-oriented environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must have good driving record
- Must have Class A (CDL) drivers’ license
- Must have basic knowledge of cars and maintenance
- Willingness to learn and expand knowledge
