Job Description
PRIDE Industries is seeking a Floor/Utility Technician to maintain cleanliness and restore flooring surfaces in assigned areas. The position requires knowledge of floor care equipment, materials, and procedures, and the ability to perform quality work in a safe environment. This is a full-time, on-site role with no direct reports.
Requirements
- 1 year of custodial work experience
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Computer literacy to use business software, the Internet, and enter data
- Human relations skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Demonstrated customer service and problem-solving skills
