Requirements

Perform tasks at the Packing Line, including preparing accessories, wrapping, packaging, and preparing products for shipment
Perform tasks pertaining to the Production Start Station and assisting with the Production Line in daily operations
Be aware of all Quality requirements
Follow the Work Instructions and Food & Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines
Identify and bring to the attention of a member of management any documentation errors
Adhere to the calibration schedule for all tools used by the team
Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training
Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
Assist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times
