Job Description
Primal Pet Group is seeking a full-time Ammonia Technician I to join their Abilene, Texas location. The role involves ensuring the safe operation and maintenance of ammonia refrigeration systems, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting the plant's Process Safety Management system. It requires a strong understanding of ammonia systems and a commitment to safety.
Requirements
- Understand and utilize lockout tagout procedures for electrical, mechanical, and other hazards.
- Complete required paperwork in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform basic ammonia evaporator defrosts as needed.
- Repair and maintain industrial refrigerated storage equipment and HVAC.
