The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in people strategy, HRBP, org design, people analytics, or FP&A, with a focus on structure, storylining, prioritization, and "saying no".

Requirements

• 6+ years in People Strategy, HRBP, Org Design, People Analytics, or FP&A-near in growth environments
• Proven 0→1 delivery and scaling, not just conceived
• Strong in structure, storylining, prioritization, and "saying no"
• Sovereign with HR systems and BI thinking, secure in KPI reads and simple predictive signals
• Study in WiWi, Business Informatics, Data/Business Analytics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or HR/Labor Science with a quantitative focus
