Job Description
Primary Care Solutions is seeking a compassionate Medical Receptionist to provide a friendly and confidential environment for Veterans. This role involves providing excellent customer service, verifying clinical information, assisting the Nurse Manager with inventory, and maintaining office administration. The position is full-time and offers a supportive environment for growth and well-being.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Excellent computer skills to include the MS Office Suite
- VA experience a plus - CPRS/VISTA GUI!
- Experience scheduling for providers
- Demonstrated high-quality customer service & organizational skills
- Basic Life Support certification from The American Heart Association (to be renewed annually)
