Associate, Healthcare Incubations

Primary Labs is looking for a full-time Associate to join the team, with a focus on healthcare incubation opportunities. This role is designed for someone with a strong analytical and problem-solving background who’s excited to unpack complex systems, build strong partnerships, identify inefficiencies, and help define what a modern, software-driven healthcare stack should look like.

Requirements

• Support Primary’s idea generation and vetting process
• Build and cultivate relationships with payors, providers, operators, founders, and strategic partners to surface insights and originate incubation opportunities
• Conduct intensive market analysis, competitive landscaping and customer research
• Develop business models, product roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies for the most promising startup ideas
• Create pitch decks and other investor materials
