Job Description
Primary Labs is looking for an Operator-In-Residence (OIR) to join its Incubation program with a focus on vertical AI. The OIR will help build one or several vertical AI companies from scratch, with a focus on building and backing companies that solve specific, high-value problems in narrowly defined markets.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience as an engineer, technical product manager, or founder
- Familiarity with the generative AI ecosystem (LLMs, agents, embeddings, RAG, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently run with business ideas with substantial ambiguity
