Job Description
Prime Data Centers develops, acquires, and operates data centers, providing property management services. They are seeking a Document Control Specialist to manage document control for a portfolio of datacenter projects, supporting business strategy and managing relationships with design partners. The role involves developing procedures, archiving, and distributing project documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in document control or an administrative role within an architecture, engineering, or construction project environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with EDMS and/or PMIS platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Procore, Asana)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfort working with executive, client, and technical team members
