Audio Visual Project Manager

PRIME is seeking an Audio Visual Project Manager to plan, organize, and control project activities for audio visual system installations. This role involves managing project budgets, schedules, material procurement, and ensuring financial success while maintaining effective communication with vendors and customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in low voltage construction, particularly with audio visual systems, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• 3+ years of managing low voltage construction projects, ideally specializing in audio visual systems
• Ability to work independently, and perform tasks of moderate to high complexity, which requires knowledge of technical and business environments
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team Player with strong work ethic
• Strong analytical decision-making capabilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to motivate and influence others
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines
• Ability to conduct site walks and attend onsite customer meeting
