Requirements

• Bilingual (English and French) - read, write, speak
• Banking Operations experience
• Documentation review experience
• Data entry experience
• Real estate sector experience an asset
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in both French and English
• Active listening skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic Computer Skills (MS Office) and MS Suites – Basic
• Customer service (high volume / retail customer facing)
• Resourceful, finding information, using tools provided effectively, inquisitive, strong problem-solving skills
