Job Description
Our client is a top financial institution seeking a skilled IT - Operations Analyst I to join their team. The successful candidate will provide technical support and general queries to employees across various departments.
Requirements
- University Degree or College degree/Diploma is considered an asset
- 2 Years of Relevant Experience
- Associate’s Degree or Technical Certification preferred
- Excellent Written and Oral communication skills
- Above average Computing and Navigational skills
- Team player who collaborates effectively with peers and other teams but can also work well independently
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, OneNote and PowerPoint)
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
- Experience with ticketing systems is an asset
- Background check required
