Job Description
The Procurement Specialist ensures timely and efficient procurement and logistics for EPC projects by analyzing procurement plans, validating contractor reports, managing customs and duty-free incentives, and supporting local sourcing. The role includes tracking critical items, mitigating supply risks, coordinating with insurance brokers, and serving as the main SCM contact for WAWA and PAKIL sites, while delivering regular procurement progress reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME) or Electrical Engineering (EE)
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Logistics
- Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
- Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes
- Knowledge of importation procedures and Incoterms
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance and Material Testing processes, particularly in the manufacture of industrial materials
