Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in project management, operations, or process improvement.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Customer-centric and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Skilled in developing relationships across teams and driving change through collaboration.
- Excellent time management skills with experience working under tight deadlines.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
- Proficient in using and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
