The role focuses on delivering client delight through technology implementation and support, leveraging Microsoft Server, M365, and Azure cloud services. It involves hardware and software installations, system migrations, network upgrades, and application support.

Requirements

• Assist in IT project execution including hardware and software implementations.
• Install and support hardware and software.
• Installation of software including virtualization and operating systems.
• Provide and update project documentation using Prime's tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients.
• Perform any required duties requested by management.
