Job Description
We are looking for a Night Audit (m/w/d) to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express München North. As a Night Audit, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, ensuring a smooth process at the reception, and maintaining quality standards. You will also be part of a strong team that takes care of seamless guest care.
Requirements
- Vocational training in the hotel industry and/or first professional experience in the hotel industry
- Organizational skills and reliability
- Good communication and sales skills
- Service-oriented and cost-conscious thinking and action
- Good German and English language skills
- Good MS-Office skills and knowledge of hotel-specific computer programs, especially OPERA
