Reservation Agent (m/w/d)

The Primestar Group, operating 17 franchise hotels and launching its own hotel brand, June Six, is seeking a Reservation Agent to join their team for two hotels in Vienna - Hampton by Hilton Vienna City West and DoubleTree by Hilton Vienna Schönbrunn. The role involves handling reservations, managing inquiries, working with booking systems, and ensuring efficient processes. Requirements

• Initial experience in the reservation or front office area in the hotel industry.
• Knowledge of reservation systems (e.g. OnQ) is a plus.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
