Job Description
Prince Industries is seeking a CNC Milling Set Up Operator to operate CNC Milling Machines and perform various duties in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will report to the Production Manager and work on the 2nd shift.
Requirements
- Machine setup, operation, and startup
- Verify conformance of work piece to specifications
- Adjust tooling to maintain proper sizes
- Replace broken or worn tooling
- Perform daily preventative machine maintenance
- Load tools and set tool diameters
- Understand how to adjust work offsets and part zero
- Understand how to adjust the speed and feed of the machine
