Job Description
Supervise and lead the stewarding team, schedule shifts, train staff, and manage inventory. Implement and enforce cleaning schedules and protocols, conduct regular inspections, and develop waste management procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience (2-5 years) in stewarding, dishwashing, or kitchen cleaning roles
- In-depth knowledge of sanitation and hygiene standards in a culinary environment
