Global Director - Supply Chain

As a Global Director - Supply Chain at Princess Polly, you will drive and optimize the entire supply chain network from supplier management and production through to sustainability, procurement, and logistics to deliver high quality, trend driven, and ethically sourced products to customers across the globe.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in global supply chain leadership, ideally in fashion, apparel, or consumer goods.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Proven success managing supply chains across Asia (China, Vietnam) and new sourcing regions.
• Expertise in logistics, tariff engineering, and international trade compliance.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience balancing cost, quality, and speed to market.
• Track record in sustainable procurement and ethical sourcing practices.
• Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing global teams.
• Proficiency in ERP or supply chain systems and data-driven decision-making.
