Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring daily apartment maintenance tasks are completed professionally, upholding company standards, and maintaining a safe working environment. This role involves supervising a maintenance team, resolving issues promptly, and collaborating with property managers to ensure customer satisfaction. The position also focuses on training and mentoring staff and maintaining inventory of supplies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance
- Proven experience in supervising and leading a maintenance team
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general carpentry
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with residents, staff, and management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, plumbing) are a plus
