New Ventures and Technology Licensing Associate

Princeton University seeks a highly motivated individual to serve as a New Ventures and Licensing Associate in its Office of Technology Licensing (OTL). The role will involve developing, supporting, and managing new venture initiatives based on Princeton research.

Requirements

• Degree in life or physical sciences or engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field or position dealing with new ventures
• Ability to work independently and manage a large, diverse set of tasks and projects
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to develop and maintain a network of professional contacts
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Team player
• Excellent attention to details, follow-through & closing
