Job Description
The Administrative Coordinator will support the daily operations of the Department of Real Estate, Design & Construction. This role requires on-site presence five days per week and is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent based on performance and department needs.
Requirements
- Answer and direct phone inquiries.
- Collect and distribute mail.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Scan and process invoices.
- Assist with calendar management and FSM Accounts Payable duties as needed.
