Job Description
PRISM+ Malaysia & Australia is seeking a passionate and strong Regional CRM Manager to drive the growth of PRISM+ Malaysia & Australia by enhancing and optimizing customer relationship management. This role involves overseeing and leading the entire CRM strategy, data-driven commercial insights, and executing numerous tests for constant optimization, reporting to the Country Director of Malaysia & Australia.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Klaviyo email tool (2+ years of experience)
- Proficiency in CRM tools (1+ years of experience)
- Proficiency in Lazada/Shopee broadcast tool (1+ year of experience)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing or related field
- 3-4 years’ experience in digital marketing (performance marketing or e-commerce preferred)
- Successful scaling and leadership of result-driving marketing campaigns
- Thrive in dynamic environments, a hustler
- Strong passion for understanding performance advertisement growth metrics
