Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail experience
- Managerial or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Analytical, data-driven, comfortable with numbers (sales tracking, KPI monitoring, daily/weekly reporting)
- Operationally strong - able to run store operations end-to-end with minimal supervision
- Driven and proactive - takes initiative, not reactive; able to spot problems early and close loops
