Job Description
PrismHR is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to product, services, and analytics capabilities. The role requires practical experience in both frontend and backend development technologies and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Candidates should be motivated, self-directed, and willing to take initiative. This is a role focused on building scalable and complex solutions.
Requirements
- Strong development experience, preferably on web-based applications.
- Minimum industry experience of 4 years.
- Experience with .net core, Node.js, or Bootstrap.
- Experience building scalable services.
- Knowledge of databases and cloud technologies.
- Exposure to service-oriented architecture.
- Experience with MS SQL, Oracle, or MySQL.
- Exposure to NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB is a plus).
- Experience with applications hosted on a leading cloud platform (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud).
- Understanding and building complex search and processing algorithms.
- Understanding of payroll systems.
- Agile methodology understanding.
