Job Description
Prismic is seeking a Finance Manager to act as a business partner for internal and external stakeholders, supporting growth, scaling financial operations, and driving informed decision-making. The role focuses on financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, management of day-to-day operations, and leveraging AI/automation to elevate finance in a fast-growing environment. They are seeking a proactive, organized, analytical individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles and a passion for finance automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in financial audit/transaction services
- 3+ years in FP&A or finance roles in a tech startup
- Solid knowledge of accounting, finance, and HR
- Strong command of Excel / Gsheets for financial reporting
- Ability to design and deliver impactful presentations
- Hands-on experience or appetite for automation/AI tools
- Autonomous, structured, and proactive personality
- Analytical mindset and ability to adapt between strategy and execution
- Team player and willingness to collaborate effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English and French
- Experience with fundraising and due diligence
