Job Description
Private Client Select Insurance Services (PCSIS) is seeking a Senior Underwriting Technician to join their team, responsible for processing core functions within the underwriting lifecycle. This role involves working closely with underwriters to manage renewal business, analyze policies, and communicate with brokers, ensuring profitable and compliant operations. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with a proactive attitude.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance underwriting experience or relevant professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)
- Property & Casualty Licensure required or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Developing knowledge of underwriting concepts, practices, and procedures
- Analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and deadline-driven skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
