Requirements

• 6+ years of backend development experience
• 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
• Solid understanding of data modeling and query optimization
• Experience with background job processing and async development
• Experience with Rails and an understanding of RESTful principles
• Strong written communication skills

• Independent problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of asynchronous development
