Manager Paid Social User Acquisition

PrizePicks is seeking a Manager, Paid Social User Acquisition to drive performance and manage creative across key social platforms. The role involves overseeing a 9-figure annual media budget, owning strategy and execution, and optimizing creative in close collaboration with in-house and agency teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on paid social experience managing performance-focused campaigns at scale
• 3+ years of experience for mobile app companies distributed through the iOS App Store and Google Play Store
• Strong executional chops with Meta & TikTok Ads Manager plus at least 1 other platform (Snap, Reddit, or X)
• Experience owning an annual performance budget over 8-figures
• Proficiency in campaign analytics and performance reporting (Tableau and AppsFlyer)
• Experience working cross-functionally with creative, product, and analytics teams
