Job Description
Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant to support clinical procedures and provide patient-centered care for patients with persistent pelvic pain. The role involves greeting patients, managing front desk tasks, preparing exam rooms, recording patient information, and ensuring a smooth patient experience. PRM is a physician-led healthcare company dedicated to transforming care and providing expert patient care.
Requirements
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent)
- High School Diploma or GED or Associate degree
- Proven working experience as a medical assistant
- Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Strong computer skills with EMRs, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and assist with patient transfers
