Job Description

They are seeking a Loan Officer to develop and implement strategies, coordinate client needs, and provide guidance on residential mortgage loans. The role involves reviewing application data, advising clients on options, and ensuring compliance with standards.
Requirements
- Develop and implement strategies.
- Use judgment and discretion.
- Communicate verbally and in writing.
- Verify and compile application information.
- Review residential loan applications.
- Verify title and survey.
- Provide customer service.
- Must have NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
- Actively funding 2+ loans/month (preferred).
- Xinnix Training completion (preferred).
- Origination mentor assignment (preferred).
