Serve older adults in Allegheny County as a Licensed Practical Nurse, providing hands-on care and support in their homes, communities, and Day Health Centers.
Requirements
- Active PA LPN license
- Minimum one year of experience with the elderly and or frail
- CPR certification
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
