Job Description
The Controller will oversee all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role involves managing banking relationships, cash flow, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills.
