Job Description
ProArch is seeking a detail-oriented Data Modeler to design and create data models that support business processes and analytics. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into scalable solutions, and ensuring data integrity and performance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data and have a strong analytical and communication skills.
Requirements
- AWS Redshift
- PostgreSQL
- Erwin
- AWS SCT
- AWS Glue
- Proven experience as a Data Modeler with a strong understanding of data modeling principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in data modeling tools such as Erwin, Lucidchart, or equivalent.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
- Experience in both relational and dimensional modeling frameworks (3NF, Kimball).
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective data models.
- Familiarity with data governance practices and data quality standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
