Sr. SQA Test Engineer

ProArch is on the lookout for a dedicated Senior SQA Test Engineer to join our dynamic team, responsible for developing comprehensive testing strategies and executing testing processes to ensure high-quality software applications.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Lead the testing efforts and coordinate with team members for effective test coverage.
• Perform manual and automated testing of applications and APIs, ensuring compliance with business requirements.
• Analyze test results, report defects, and track issues to resolution using defect tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers to understand application architecture and identify testing needs.
• Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on potential testability and quality concerns.
• Mentor junior testers and foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.
• Continuously improve testing methodologies and practices based on industry trends.
