Chief of Staff

Chief of Staff role at Probook, an AI dispatcher for the home services industry. Responsible for building the operational foundation from scratch, managing admin, and leading strategic projects. Opportunity to work directly with founders and be part of a high-growth startup.

Requirements

• 2-5 years in high-agency roles: operations, COS at high-growth startups (seed to Series C/D), top-tier consulting/banking, or founder experience.
• Track record doing both high-volume admin AND complex strategic projects.
• Business acumen: Can read a P&L and understand unit economics.
• NYC-based: Excited to work in-office 5 days/week in our high-intensity, high-collaboration culture (~9am - 6pm)
