Job Description
Procom is seeking a BMS Consultant for a contract opportunity in Plano, TX. The consultant will enable monitoring solutions for infrastructure and application, install and configure monitoring applications, and integrate monitoring applications with other tools. The consultant will also work with internal customers to identify monitoring requirements and design solutions to meet those requirements.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in deployment of IT Service Management solution including HP BSM, BSM RTSM, HP uCMDB, SCOM
- Experience in HP's Business Service Manager (BSM/BAC) & Knowledge of RTSM
- BSM Adapter Integration: non-HP products (examples: SCOM, Spectrum, Nagios, etc.)
- TQL/SQL
- Python/Jython and Scripting using Perl / Powershell
- Development of Client code using Java API, REST API
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Engineering graduate with software development and configuration experience of 6 to 8 years minimum at expert level
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and deliver multiple complex projects
