Business Analyst

Procom is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Analyst to work on Information System projects, conducting business problem/opportunity identification, business process analysis and design, and facilitating requirements gathering meetings with the business.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in a related IT area or discipline
• 2+ years business analyst experience, working on progressively larger and more complex projects
• Interest in working with technology to create innovative business solutions and advancements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exposure to producing BRDs, use cases, user scenarios, user stories, BPMs
• Relationship and business outcome focused for all deliverables
• Professional designation and experience in a manufacturing environment would be an asset
