Job Description
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to work on a contract opportunity in Hillsboro, OR. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and operating CRM capabilities, working with project management, development, and BI teams. They will elicit current state pain points, uncover gaps in CRM best practices, and produce supporting materials. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing Salesforce.com functionality, synthesizing technical and business information, and presenting implementation needs and options confidently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Systems/Software Engineer or Software experience
- 4+ years experience with Salesforce.com configuration
- Experience with Salesforce.com custom development
- Strong presentation and communication skills
