Procon is a leading construction management and technology consulting firm seeking a Construction Admin for a long-term position in Perry Point, MD. The role involves supporting the staff in managing the construction project, requiring strong skills in quality assurance, safety, and time management. The firm specializes in program management, project controls, and commissioning.
Requirements
- Experience in administrative support for the construction of medical centers (hospitals, etc.)
- Experience working with Veterans Affairs (the VA) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning
- Three (3) years of construction work experience may be substituted
- Familiarity with the site operations of a General and Sub-contractor
- Strong communication, language, and software skills
