Construction Administrator - Federal Healthcare

Procon is seeking a skilled Construction Administrator to support the construction management and technology consulting firm. The role involves a broad range of administrative duties, including managing documentation, tracking project information, and coordinating meetings. They are looking for someone with a background in construction and/or working with the Veterans Affairs.

Requirements

• Performing general office support functions.
• Tracking construction modifications, contractor requests, and material submittals.
• Maintaining spreadsheets and tracking project tasks.
• Working with residents and subcontractors.
• Utilizing software programs for monitoring and updating work products.
• Bachelor’s degree with work experience or equivalent knowledge
• Minimum of three years of construction work experience
• Ability to call upon construction practices
