Requirements
- Proven experience leading talent attraction and acquisition strategies
- Experience as a team leader and strategic HR partner
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
- High level of digital fluency
- Creative mindset with a strong drive to inspire change and foster innovation
- Prior experience working in the FBNL market
- Fluency in French and English
