Job Description
Procurify is seeking a Customer Implementation Manager for Canada to lead client onboarding, build relationships, and ensure project delivery. The role involves understanding client requirements, managing project schedules, and advocating for clients. It's a collaborative and problem-solving position focusing on building a successful and long-term client relationship.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on implementation experience with SaaS applications
- Experience as a Senior Implementation Manager working with and/or integrating with ERP and accounting applications (QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with customer data and imports
- Experience implementing change management strategies
- Adaptability to diverse customer personalities
- Strong customer and project management skills
- Detail-oriented and time management skills
