We are looking for a Project Manager to help create a scalable retention and upsell process, manage high-impact projects, and guarantee satisfaction and renewal with key customers.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager
- High negotiation capacity
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of businesses in different sectors and identification of opportunities
- Autodidactic character and ability to learn quickly
- Capacity for prioritization and organization
- Self-management and autonomy
- Responsibility and proactivity
- Winner mentality and ability to motivate the team
- Knowledge of project management and organization tools
- Technical knowledge of Data, Acquisition, CRM and Growth
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence
