Product Hackers is seeking a Senior Growth Acquisition Specialist to design, lead, and optimize complete acquisition strategies with a focus on business impact. The ideal candidate will have experience in acquisition/Paid Media multichannel, mastery of acquisition platforms, and analytical ability to make decisions based on data.

Requirements

• +5 years of experience in acquisition / Paid Media multichannel.
• Previous experience in agency, managing multiple clients and contexts.
• Advanced mastery of acquisition platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads).
• Practical knowledge of SEO and GEO applied to acquisition and demand generation.
• Practical knowledge of platforms like Amazon Ads, Criteo, DV360.
• Use of AI tools applied in analysis, creativity, automation and optimization of campaigns.
• Analytical ability to make decisions based on data.
• Demonstrable experience in managing advertising budgets over 100K/month.
• Intermediate High English level (minimum B2).
