Job Description
PRG is seeking an experienced Construction Coordinator to oversee outside plant (OSP) telecommunications projects. This role involves field and office responsibilities, including supervising fiber installation, coordinating permits, and managing project documentation. The role requires a combination of field work and office tasks and adaptability to work in varied conditions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in underground cable construction
- Strong knowledge of fiber construction, engineering principles, and dig laws/regulations
- Proven ability to lead subcontractors and vendors
- Excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite
- Ability to work indoors/outdoors, travel daily, and perform physical tasks
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and appropriate insurance
