Professional Physical, Occupational, and Hand Therapy (P.T.) is seeking a compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for patients and deliver excellent customer service. The role involves patient check-in, data management, scheduling, and administrative support, contributing to a positive and welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Greet and check in patients

• Manage appointment scheduling
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
