Job Description
As a Security Team Leader, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating security activities throughout the shopping center, maintaining contact with local contact persons, and leading and supporting the security team.
Requirements
- Diploma in Security Level 2 or Coordinator Security Level 3
- BHV diploma
- Unblemished behavior
- Excellent mastery of the Dutch language in word and writing
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- BBMI certificate or willingness to obtain it
- Stress resistance and a flexible approach to irregular service provision
- Leadership experience is a plus
