As an Agile People Manager IT Social, you will lead a team of IT professionals and motivate them to grow and develop, while ensuring a healthy and efficient Agile development process. You will also contribute to the course and goals of the IT Services Social department and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Requirements

• Motivate, coach, and develop Agile teams and individual employees
• Actively contribute to the course and goals of the IT Services Social department
• Facilitate knowledge sharing through boot camps, hackathons, or team challenges
• Ensure a healthy and efficient Agile development process
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Function as a sparring partner for management and as an inspiring example within the organization
